Customer Service Agent
Location: Winnersh, Reading - Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 9am-6pm - Rotating shift pattern (Mon–Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working
Contract: Immediate start - ends 30th September 2026

In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat, guiding customers through the process of selling their car and ensuring they receive a smooth, positive experience.
