What You'll Be Doing
As a Outbound Sales Executive, you'll speak with existing customers to help them understand the benefits of protection plans and find the best solution for their needs.
You'll:
- Engage customers through outbound calls and build positive relationships
- Understand individual customer needs through effective questioning
- Recommend tailored protection plans that provide genuine value
- Achieve sales targets and maximise your earning potential
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive remote team
