ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a senior appointment within an established and successful property litigation team advising a broad mix of commercial, institutional and private clients. The successful candidate will lead on complex matters from instruction through to resolution, while also playing a key role in the continued development of the practice. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and help drive the team’s strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage complex property litigation matters
• Advise across commercial, institutional and private client disputes
• Handle landlord and tenant issues, commercial property disputes and residential matters
• Support strategic growth of the property litigation offering
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
• Maintain and develop client relationships
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 8 years’ PQE with practicing rights
• Strong technical expertise in property litigation
• Experience handling complex and high-value disputes
• Commercially aware with strong client management skills
• Background advising on landlord & tenant, commercial and residential property disputes
• Suitable for an existing Partner or senior lawyer seeking partnership
