COMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will join a leading regional law firm and play a pivotal role in further developing both the team and the firm’s presence in the Suffolk market. You will manage and mentor a team of talented lawyers while leading on high-value and complex commercial property transactions. The role will involve handling a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, lease arrangements, and property finance. You will also advise on landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and investment property transactions, working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions. You will demonstrate strong career ambition, leadership capability, and the ability to inspire and develop team members, alongside a commercial and client-focused approach.
