Job Description
Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £60,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional looking to take on a varied caseload while contributing to business development and client engagement initiatives. JOB REF: 3417.
THE ROLE:
• This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality legal services while also contributing to wider operational and business development activities.
• You will be responsible for managing a caseload of both litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims, working within a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Conduct detailed investigations to repudiate and/or resolve claims
• Liaise with claimants, solicitors, clients, counsel, and expert witnesses
• Obtain documentation and instruct experts as required
• Support and lead client-facing and business development initiatives
• Supervise more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Demonstrable interest in the healthcare sector
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
