Property Litigation Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented and driven Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in Birmingham. JOB REF:3555.

THE ROLE:
• You will work with a wide range of clients, including public and private sector landlords, tenants and real estate developers.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload, primarily focused on housing management and anti-social behaviour matters
• Handling residential landlord and tenant cases, including possession proceedings and rent recovery
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team
• Contributing to business development and profile-raising initiatives, including networking events

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE experience in housing management work.
• Excellent IT and typing skills
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• The ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
• It is essential that you have outstanding communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
