Senior Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive | Dorset | 4+ PQE | Hybrid Working
A well established firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in a senior capacity. This role suits someone who enjoys high quality Private Client work, supporting junior lawyers, and playing a key part in the future development of the department.
The Role
• Manage a full Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and estate planning
• Provide day to day support and mentoring to NQs and junior colleagues
• Contribute to succession planning and departmental continuity
• Work within a collaborative, stable team with sensible billing expectations
About You
• 4–8 PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Well rounded Private Client experience
• Comfortable supervising and developing others
• Looking for long term stability and progression within one firm
