Commercial Property Solicitor, 1-4 years PQE, Lincolnshire, £Competitive, Top 200 law firm – This leading law firm is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor who possesses the ability to build relationships and assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters. JOB REF: 3999.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE
• The team covers a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, development, and investment matters as well as general commercial property matters.
• You will be gaining exposure to complex, high value matters as well as building strong relationships.
