Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ+ ) - West Midlands - Regional Law Firm - JOB REF TL4070 - A well-regarded regional law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding claimant team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to handle high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, working on a broad range of complex and sensitive cases including:
• Birth injury claims
• Gynaecological negligence
• Brain and spinal injury cases
• Cancer-related claims
• Fatal claims and inquests
• Eye injury matters
• Vascular and cardiac negligence claims
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and respected team committed to delivering exceptional client care.
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
• Experience managing a varied caseload independently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Confidence advising healthcare professionals and clients at all levels
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
