THE ROLE:
You will manage a varied residential property caseload, with the opportunity to develop expertise in commercial property matters where desired. Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively developing a personal network of contacts, referrers, and repeat business to support ongoing growth. Contribute to the success of the wider team by mentoring and supporting the development of junior solicitors, trainees, and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high performing working environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Solicitor will have a minimum of five years' PQE, with strong expertise in residential property law and a comprehensive understanding of residential conveyancing processes. You will demonstrate a proven ability to generate new business, develop and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, and consistently achieve performance targets through sound commercial awareness. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads, work under pressure, resolve complex issues, and provide collaborative support and guidance to junior members of the team.

THE PACKAGE:
The firm offers a competitive salary and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days, increasing to 28 days after three years of service and 30 days after five years.
