Childcare Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Bedford, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a busy team in Bedford. JOB REF: 4217.
• Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE.
• You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
• You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload to include Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Adoption Matters
• You will have strong advocacy skills
• Children Panel Accreditation (essential)
• Significant experience across public and private children matters
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
