OVERVIEW:
• Join a busy and expanding Private Client team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client care.
• Manage a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and trusts.
• Advise a diverse client base across a wide range of private wealth and estate planning matters.
• Opportunity to gain exposure to contentious probate work, with the balance of contentious and non-contentious matters tailored to experience and preference.
• Maintain autonomy over your own caseload while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Suitable for Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law.
• Confidently manage a caseload independently and demonstrate strong technical knowledge across private client matters.
• STEP qualification or progress towards the STEP Diploma would be advantageous.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, farming clients and on complex estate planning matters would be beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client care skills required.
• Commercially aware, IT literate and motivated to contribute to business development activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
