Job Description
Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Nottinghamshire, £40,000+ (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing who thrives in a fast-paced environment. JOB REF:4399.
THE ROLE:
• Managing a high-volume and varied caseload of good quality residential property instructions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered land
• Meeting multiple tight deadlines, and delivering a consistently high standard of client care
• Helping to manage the team in the absence of the Head of Department.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 5+ years’ experience within residential property
• Applications welcomed from both solicitors and ILEX
• Self-motivated and highly organised
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and IT skills are essential.
• Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous.
