Job Description
Residential Property Solicitor, Newly Qualified, West Yorkshire, £Competitive (DOE) – We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-established Residential Property team in West Yorkshire. JOB REF:4452.
THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build a successful career in conveyancing within a supportive and friendly environment.
• You will work alongside experienced property lawyers, manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, and develop your expertise across a broad range of residential property matters.
• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advising clients on remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, and shared ownership matters.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice with an emphasis on outstanding client care.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from newly qualified solicitors with experience gained during a Residential Property seat.
• Has a genuine interest in residential conveyancing and delivering excellent client service.
• Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills.
• Can manage competing priorities and work effectively within a busy team.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop professionally.
