Employment Solicitor | Bath or Somerset | Hybrid Working | NQ+ PQE | Competitive Salary DOE
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Bath or Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor or experienced employment lawyer looking to work within a collaborative and commercially focused environment that offers high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and clear opportunities for career development.
You will advise a broad range of clients, including businesses, senior executives, and individuals, on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The caseload will include employment disputes, workplace investigations, restructures, TUPE, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, and day-to-day HR and employment law advice. The role offers varied and engaging work, as well as the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across corporate and commercial teams.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, approachable, and confident managing client relationships. Strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage a varied caseload are essential. Candidates of all PQE levels will be considered.
