Job Description
Property Damage Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, Top 50 International Law Firm, £DOE + Excellent Benefits
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Property Damage Solicitor into its expanding Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded insurance practice acting on complex, high-value property damage disputes for a diverse client base across a wide range of industry sectors.
Working as part of an established and supportive team, you will handle your own caseload of litigated property damage matters while assisting on larger, more complex claims involving fire, flood, construction defects, contamination, explosions and other major losses. Clients include insurers and businesses operating across the construction, utilities, manufacturing, retail, real estate and hospitality sectors.
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with around 3-5 years' PQE who have experience of insurance-backed property damage litigation. You will have handled first-party property damage claims, policy coverage issues and subrogated recovery actions and be confident managing cases through the litigation process. Strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills and a commercial approach to client service will be key.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop their career within a growing national team that offers genuinely high-quality work, excellent supervision and clear progression opportunities. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, flexible hybrid working and commitment to supporting the development of its people.
