Job Description
Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years’ PQE, London, £60,000+ DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a nationally recognised team advising clients across a broad range of employment and HR matters. Job Ref: 4998
• Provide practical and commercially focused advice on day to day HR matters, disciplinary and grievance procedures, safeguarding-related employment issues, senior appointments and exits, restructures and wider workforce matters.
• Advise on the employment aspects of academy conversions, mergers and governance changes, providing clear and pragmatic advice to clients throughout the process.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks, ensuring documentation is tailored to clients' requirements and compliant with relevant legislation.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Employment Law. Previous experience advising education sector clients would be advantageous, although candidates with a genuine interest in developing an education sector specialism are encouraged to apply.
