A leading UK property and investment group is seeking an experienced In-House Solicitor to join its legal team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal support to a substantial residential leasehold property management business, working closely with the Head of Legal and a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role will have a particular focus on property management, building safety and property litigation, with exposure to complex and commercially significant matters across England and Wales.

The role will have a particular focus on property management, building safety and property litigation, with exposure to complex and commercially significant matters across England and Wales.
The Role
- Advising on building safety and property management matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Investigating complex leasehold and freehold title structures
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and proofreading legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, correspondence and external advice
- Assisting with the preparation of case files (where appropriate), court and tribunal filings, and legal briefs
- Drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor, with experience in property litigation gained in private practice or in-house
- Strong experience in residential property law, including complex leasehold and freehold title investigations
- Experience of property disputes and/or building safety matters
- Construction law experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
