JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
• Join a thriving law firm located in Bradford seeking to welcome an ambitious Family Solicitor to its team.
• Manage a diverse caseload of family matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and various other family law affairs.
• Deliver high quality legal advice to clients, work alongside experienced practitioners and undertake both privately funded and legally aided work.
• Develop your career alongside a supportive team which is committed to providing exceptional client care.
THE CANDIDATE:
• The successful candidate will be a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years of post qualification experience coupled with a history of managing an independent family law caseload.
• A strong technical knowledge of a broad range of family matters and excellent client care/communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
• Experience of undertaking legally aided family work and possess a sound understanding of Legal Aid procedures would be advantageous to the application process.
• You will be organised, empathetic and committed to delivering clear, practical advice tailed to each client’s personal circumstances.
