Conveyancer / 5+ PQE / Coventry / £35-45,000 DOE / are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to move firms? OVERVIEW:
• This is a client facing role that offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion while developing strong relationships with a loyal client base.
• The successful candidates' main responsibilities will be:
• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Lease extensions.
• New builds and shared ownership
• You will also be expected to conduct client meetings and maintain a high standard of client care throughout the process.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression files.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations, and CQS protocols.
• Use case management systems efficiently to keep files up to date and well-organised.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are welcomed from qualified licensed conveyancers, solicitors, or legal executives with relevant conveyancing experience.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong client care skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervisions while also being a team player.
• Experience using case management systems.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
