Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner), 6+ Years PQE, Shrewsbury, £Competitive (DOE) – We’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate who wants the platform, backing and freedom to make a real impact. REF:5358.
THE ROLE:
• This opportunity will suit someone who can bring their own expertise, market knowledge and connections and combine them with an established national Commercial Property practice and the strength of a full-service firm.
• You will join an established national Commercial Property team covering everything from core commercial property through to development, real estate finance and construction.
• You could be someone already well connected across the Shropshire market, or someone looking for a new platform from which to grow an existing client following.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will be an experienced Commercial Property lawyer with the ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to grow a practice, whether you're already operating at Partner level or are ready to take that next step.
• You may have a broad commercial property background or a particular specialism.
• What matters most is that you understand the market, have strong relationships and are excited by the prospect of building something with genuine long-term potential.
