Family Solicitor | Dorset | NQ+ | Competitive Salary DOE
An established and well-regarded law firm in Dorset is seeking a qualified Family Solicitor to join its busy and successful Family Law team. The Opportunity
This is a permanent, full-time position, offering the chance to manage a varied family law caseload while working within a collaborative and experienced team environment. The firm prides itself on its client-focused approach and strong reputation within the local market.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with relevant practising rights.
• Have experience handling a broad range of family law matters.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Be comfortable managing client relationships and providing a high level of client care.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding legal services.
