Childcare Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, East Midlands / Hybrid, £40,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join an impressive team. JOB REF:5484.
THE ROLE:
• As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of childcare law related matters including providing advice to parents, grandparents and other family members.
• You will be dealing with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre proceedings meetings and interim care orders.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• The successful Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to provide a high standard of client care is essential for this role.
