Private Client Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Leicestershire, £35,000+ (DOE) – Whether you are newly qualified and looking to establish your career or an experienced practitioner seeking a fresh opportunity, we would love to hear from you. JOB REF: 5516
THE ROLE:
• This is an opportunity to develop meaningful client relationships, take ownership of your work and play an active role in the continued growth of our Private Client department.
• You will work with a varied client base, advising individuals and families on a broad range of private client and succession matters, including Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection.
• You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage your own caseload and take responsibility for matters from initial instruction through to completion, with support and guidance from an experienced team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about private client work and committed to delivering a high standard of legal advice and client care.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Be organised, proactive and confident managing your own caseload.
• Take a sensitive and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and their families.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in developing client relationships and business opportunities.
