Residential Conveyancer | 2+ PQE | Somerset | Up to £50,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and supportive law firm in Somerset. • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property.
• You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
• The successful candidate will join a highly regarded property team with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to independently manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of client care is essential.
