THE ROLE:
The successful Contentious Probate Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value disputes from initial instruction through to resolution. You will provide clear, practical advice on sensitive and often complex private client litigation matters, while conducting legal research, undertaking early case assessments and developing appropriate case strategies. A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to advise clients on sensitive matters with empathy, professionalism and confidence.

THE PACKAGE:
The firm offers a competitive salary together with a performance-related bonus and additional holiday incentive scheme.
