Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Cirencester, GL7
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent Position
Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a small, close-knit warehouse team based in GL7. This is a hands-on leadership role within an established distribution business, where you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operation.

The Role:
- Supervise, measure and report on daily warehouse activities and team performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellence in goods-in, picking and dispatch operations
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and ensure compliance with procedures
- Promote a safe, organised and high-performing working environment
- Proven experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and general IT systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive leader who leads by example and motivates their team
