The Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in leading the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, and providing strategic insight to support business decision-making. This is a hands-on role with both operational and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial analysis

• Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning processes

• Lead and develop a small finance team

• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

About You

• You do not have to be qualified to apply for this role.

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role desirable.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and support decision-making

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
