- Managing a varied workload while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, call handling or a contact centre environment would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
You will ideally have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and approachable telephone manner.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- The ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging conversations.
- Good attention to detail and accurate administration skills.
- The ability to work towards targets and performance measures.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The confidence to handle sensitive or vulnerable customer situations appropriately.
