HGV Night Driver – Immediate Start

Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Robertsbridge, is currently looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver (HGV Driver / LGV Driver / C+E Driver) to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, with an immediate start available.

Pay Rate: £17.35 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday (NO weekends) 
Start Times: 17:00 – 05:00
Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing)
Location: Robertsbridge

Job Details

As a C+E Driver, you will primarily be carrying out a trunking role, responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods between depots, ensuring all loads are transported efficiently while adhering to company procedures and driver regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E / CE) LGV / HGV licence held for a minimum of 1 year
• Minimum of 180 days on-the-road HGV / LGV driving experience
• Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph rules, and regulations
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working night shifts
