Production Operative (Process Technician) – Summer Role in Ledbury, Start: Tuesday 5th May Until end of August, Paying £15.31 per hour (£32,043 pro rata) free on site parking, no experience needed full training provided.

The Role
You’ll help keep production running smoothly by operating machinery, following processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Duties

• Operate production equipment

• Follow SOPs and production plans

• Complete basic records and quality checks

• Support changeovers and team tasks

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of food manufacturing standards

• Good attention to detail

• Able to follow processes and work in a team

• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word; SAP is a bonus)

• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)

• Panama Shift pattern – Work 2 shifts, 2 days off, Work 3 shifts, 2 days off

Pay & Hours

• £15.31 per hour (£32,043 pro rata)

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)

• Fixed - term: May to August
