Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: Competitive
Duration: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of technology, logistics, installation, and project delivery solutions, working with some of the UK's best-known retail, commercial, and corporate brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced operations team in Bletchley.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to support the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.

This is a demanding and fast-moving position, requiring a highly organised individual who can work to tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans
    • Coordinate project activities and ensure key milestones are met
    • Manage and update project schedules
    • Track project budgets and costs
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
    • Support financial administration, reporting, and invoicing processes
    • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and project stakeholders
    • Monitor project progress and escalate issues where necessary
    • Provide general administrative support to the project team
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
    • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
    • Experience working within a fast-paced project environment would be advantageous
