Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Complaints Resolution)
Location: Warlingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer complaints via inbound and outbound telephone calls
    • Listening to customer concerns and responding with empathy and professionalism
    • Investigating issues thoroughly to provide accurate and timely resolutions
    • Recording all interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately on internal systems
    • Escalating complex or unresolved cases in line with company procedures
    • Ensuring all complaints are handled in line with service standards and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong telephone-based customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
    • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or complaints handling preferred
    • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
    • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
