FLT Counterbalance Driver 
Location: Pershore, WR10
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (after 12 successful weeks)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours

 
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Pershore.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company, offering a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  
  
• Loading and unloading lorries
  
  
• Working within the canopy/loading area
  
  
• Picking and packing orders
  
  
• Stock movement and replenishment
  
  
• General warehouse duties
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Supporting the warehouse team during busy periods
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (refreshed in the last 5 years)
  
  
• Previous experience loading and unloading vehicles
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  
  
• Previous warehouse experience mandatory
