- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor stock handling, storage, and dispatch processes
- Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control
- Support operational targets and maintain productivity levels
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating shift schedule, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis:
- 06:30 – 14:00
- 08:00 – 15:30
- 15:30 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 06:30 (Night shift allowance payable)
Pay & Benefits
- £14.53 per hour basic rate
- Overtime paid at premium rates
- Additional night shift allowance for overnight shifts

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role preferred
