We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our growing contact centre team based in central Glasgow.
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500

Salary: £26,500 – £28,500
Hours:
- Shifts between 10:00am – 11:00pm
- Includes weekend working
- First 3 months: latest finish 7:00pm
- Office-based in central Glasgow for first 3 months
- Fully remote working available after this period
- Handling customer enquiries in a Banking environment for a
- Providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently
- Working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Regulated environment desired across any industries.
