Job Description
We are partnering with a leading international design studio to recruit a Project Manager for its London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, creative environment that delivers luxury hospitality and architectural projects across the globe. Working closely with the Director of Project Management, you'll collaborate with internal design teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years' project management experience, ideally gained within a design, architecture, or related professional services environment. A degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management is preferred, along with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and project management software such as Microsoft Project is essential.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the day-to-day delivery of international projects, preparing and maintaining project documentation, programmes and reports, managing project resources, supporting variation orders and additional fee proposals, and working closely with finance to ensure accurate monthly invoicing in line with contract requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager looking to develop their career within a prestigious global design practice.
