Adult's Social Worker, Young Adults Team, Lancashire 
Pay rate to £33 per hour 
Contract role, Young Adults Transitions Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Lancashire 
This is to work in a Young Adults Transitions Team in the Preston  area. 

• Location - County Hall, Preston but will need to travel Countywide as and when needed 

• Interviews ASAP 

• Social Worker required for the Young Adults Team focusing on transitions planning and preparation for Adulthood work for those aged 14-25 with Care Act eligible needs. 

• This requires robust knowledge of key legislation and processes relating to the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act 2014 and CHC processes. 

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
