Occupational Therapist Team Manager – North London
Pay rate: £43 per hour
Location: North London
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Manager to join a North London local authoritity.

The role will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of occupational therapy services across Reablement, Frailty and Housing/Adaptations.

The role will involve:

• Managing and providing leadership to an Occupational Therapy team.
• Overseeing the delivery of OT assessments and interventions.
• Supporting high-quality, person-centred services across Reablement, Frailty and Housing/Adaptations.
• Providing professional supervision, guidance and support to staff.
• Ensuring statutory requirements, policies and procedures are followed.
• Working collaboratively with health, social care and other partner agencies.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Significant experience working within adult social care OT services.
• Previous management or team leadership experience.
• Experience across Reablement, Frailty and/or Housing/Adaptations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and best practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
