Food Production Team Leader- Nights

We are recruiting on behalf of a food production company based in Rainham. They are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee production in both a cold and hot kitchen production unit. You will lead a team of around 80 people working on 2 or 3 production lines and will report to the Production manager. Experience in pre packaged food would be advantageous but not essential, however you will need proven experience at a team leader or supervisor level within food production as a minimum.Working shift pattern is 4 on 3 off followed by 3 on and 4 off, with lots of opportunities to work additional shifts on overtime. 12 hour shifts 6pm -6am (paid 12hours)

This role is to start immediately.
