Pay rate to £55 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Principal Planning Enforcement Officer for a Local Authority in West London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Planning department 
Overview: 
 

• Manage and progress complex and high-profile planning enforcement cases, often involving significant planning, legal or political considerations.  

• Represent the LPA at hearing and inquiry appeals and legal proceedings.  

• Significant experience in planning enforcement required.
