Teacher – SEND School – Maths Specialist
Are you a qualified Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to support children with additional learning needs? Do you want to teach small classes where you can tailor your approach and make a real difference? This welcoming SEND school is looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher to teach students with Autism and Moderate Learning Needs in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
As a teacher at this school, you will teach small classes of students with additional needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. The school is ideally looking for a Maths specialist who can deliver high-quality maths lessons, while also being flexible and confident covering other subject areas as a class teacher.
You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants to create a structured and inclusive classroom environment where students can build confidence, develop independence and engage positively with learning.

- Delivering engaging and differentiated maths lessons
- Providing cover across other subject areas as a class teacher
- Creating a structured, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants to support learning and engagement
- Supporting students’ communication, confidence and independence
- Assessing, monitoring and recording students’ progress
- Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
