Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to behaviour incidents across the school, supporting pupils in real-time
- Delivering targeted behaviour interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SLT, and pastoral staff to implement consistent behaviour strategies
- Helping to create a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment for all pupils
- Experience working with children in a school or youth setting, ideally within behaviour or pastoral roles
- Confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
- Calm, resilient, and able to respond effectively in high-pressure situations
- Committed to promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
