Job Description
Social Care Advisor, Hounslow
To provide a comprehensive, responsive and flexible first point of contact customer care
and advisory service to residents and professionals. Social Care Advisors will provide a
screening and referral service across Children’s Social Care, sign-posting to other
organisations and referring to specialist care and safeguarding services once need has
been identified.
The work carried out will be completed together with social workers and partner
agencies including the police, schools, health, housing and probation.
£24.37 per hour
