The Role As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform planning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 5)
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
