Business Development Manager – New Business Sales £32,000 + Bonus

Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning new business and smashing targets?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across commercial partnerships, advertising, events, sponsorship, and hospitality solutions. This is a highly proactive, sales-focused role suited to someone who loves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Generating new business through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and field-based activity.
    • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
    • Developing tailored commercial solutions that meet client needs.
    • Conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and venue tours.
    • Negotiating and closing high-value deals.
    • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
    • Managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
    • Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales activity.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
    • Backgrounds in recruitment, advertising, media, events, property, sponsorship, or business development highly desirable.
    • A confident, resilient, and tenacious approach to sales.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
    • Self-motivated with a hunger to win new business and maximise earning potential.
