We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Work Team Manager in the Manchester area. 
This to work as Team Manager in a Fostering Support, Supervision and Assessments 

• Leadership and management of fostering and children's social care teams.  
• Foster carer support, supervision and assessment.  
• Quality assurance, auditing and performance management.  
• Workforce development, supervision and coaching. 
• Safeguarding, care planning and achieving positive outcomes for children.  
• Strategic service development and partnership working.
