Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Children with Disability team in Manchester City Council. 
We are looking for a qualified social worker to join our children with disability team.  You will join an experienced team of 4 social workers, 2 advanced practitioners and team manager.  The team work with children who have disabilities and complex needs at all stages of intervention: CIN, CP, CLA.  The team assess for appropriate packages of care including short break eligibility.
