Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Early Years Worker in the Rochdale area.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Early Years Workers to join our Early Help & Early Years Service. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Family Hub team, you will support children aged 0-5 and their families to improve school readiness, promote child development and reduce inequalities across our communities.
This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality play and learning activities, supporting parents to build positive home learning environments, and helping families access the right support at the right time. You will work directly with children and families in Family Hubs, community settings and family homes, empowering parents and carers to support their child's learning, development and wellbeing.

- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
- Have experience working with children in early years and families, including those facing additional challenges.
- Have a good understanding of child development and safeguarding.
- Are confident delivering engaging group and one-to-one support.
- Can build positive relationships and engage families from diverse communities.
- Are organised, flexible and committed to improving outcomes for children.
