Customer Services Officer – Parking Services
West London
Hybrid Working
£23 per hour (Umbrella)
3 to 6 month ongoing Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of contact for customer enquiries within the Parking Service
    • Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, web-chat, and social media channels
    • Handle queries relating to:
      • Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
      • Parking Suspensions
      • Pay & Display and Telephone Parking
      • Parking Permits
      • Accessible Transport services
    • Carry out administrative duties supporting all areas of the Shared Parking Service
    • Process customer payments securely over the telephone where applicable
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure enquiries are resolved within service standards
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a public sector or contact centre environment
    • Must have experience within parking services 
    • Must have experience working in a local authority or council
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels
